Head of Office

Prince Gbolahan Idowu OYEGOKE with over 31 years post qualification experience in several sectors of the economy provides business support, assurance, financial, tax, and strategic management services to start-up and growing companies. A multi-talented professional Prince Gbolahan holds NCE - Office Admin./Accounting from Fed. College of Education, Abeokuta, 1988; B. Sc. (Ed.) Economics (LASU)- 1999; MBA Marketing (Uniport) 2009; MBA - Finance (Lautech) 2015; and M. Ed. - Educ. Admin. & Planning (Unilag) 2016. He qualified as chartered accountant in May 1993 and was admitted as associate member in May 2009; and became fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) in 2009, the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI) 2012, and the Chartered Institute of Administration (FCIA) 2015. He is an associate member of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners of Nigeria (ABR) 2005 and ICAN Certified Forensic Accountant (CFAN) 2019. He participated in Executive Projects Management Programme organised by the prestigious Lagos Business School in year 2000 and was trained under the auspices of LCCI/GTZ/CEFE International as SME Consultant in 2001. He also obtained the ACCA Certificate in Inter. Fin. Reporting Standards (CertIFR- ACCA) in 2012 and Advanced Certificate in Data Analysis from Unilag Consult – 2019. Prince Gbolahan is currently an Educational Management doctoral candidate at the University of Lagos.

From 1990 when he started work with David Osho & Co. (Chartered Accountants) as Audit Clerk, Prince Gbolahan have accumulated diverse qualitative experience by working with National Bank of Nigeria as Clerk, Churchgate Group as Manager – Group Internal Audit, Solomon Osunba & Company as Senior consultant/Manager – Audit; Mobitel Ltd. as Manager/Head – Finance; Bacom Communications Ltd. as Group Head – Finance & Admin., Network Support Services Ltd. as Assistant General Manager – Finance & Operations.

As astute knowledge transfer agent, Prince Gbolahan had participated in preparing candidates for the ICAN Professional Examinations, part-time lecturer at Lagos State Polytechnic (Ogba-Ikeja Campus), guest lecturer at various workshops and seminars organized by ICAN Ikeja and Mainland Districts, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Administration of Nigeria and other companies (private & public) and consulting firms. Prince Gbolahan was an assessor at the Professional Examination II Level (Oil, Gas & Other Mineral Taxation; and Tax Audit & Investigation) of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria at various times. He was a Field Training Supervisor/Consultant to the EFCC on Tax Audit and Investigation in 2009 (Abuja) and 2011(Lagos) and a Facilitating/Consultant to United Nation Office for Drug and Crime (UNODC) in 2014.

Prince Gbolahan was a past Chairman (2007/2008) of the Lagos District Society of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria; as a representative of CITN, he served as the pioneer Internal Auditor (2008 – 2014) of the Association of Professional Bodies in Nigeria – Lagos State Chapter. He served the CITN in other various committees which include the F&GPC and he is the pioneer Chairman – Audit Committee (2013 to date) of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is currently the President of Chartered Accountants (Ikeja) Cooperative Multipurpose Society Ltd.

Prince Gbolahan commenced public practice in January 2006 as Head of Practice at both Gbolahan Oyegoke & Company (Chartered Accountants) and Primehill Professional Services. He is the CEO of Capacity Building & Management Services.
